Sustainability & Returns Policy

Did you know that 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions are wasted every year due to product returns? At Shark Blanket, protecting our environment and reducing pollution is one of our biggest goals. This is why we strive to be more conscious when choosing our materials and aim to make the returns process as sustainable as possible.

To help us achieve this, we kindly ask you to carefully select the exact product and size you want before placing your order. If you’re unsure about the right fit, feel free to contact our customer support team at Support@sharkblankets.shop. We’ll be happy to provide detailed information to ensure you pick the best option.

Please remember, every return has an environmental impact. If you still need to return an item, our support team will work with you to minimize the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the return process. Additionally, we donate a portion of all returned items directly to community clothing drives.


Our 60-Day Warranty

We are confident in the quality of our Shark blanket and offer a 60-day warranty on all products. Should your item show any defects within this period, just send us an email at Support@sharkblankets.shop, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package for faster processing. Combining returns of multiple orders may result in delays.

We kindly ask that you wear underwear when trying on your Shark Blanket for the first time.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.


What is a Warranty Claim?

A warranty claim applies when your product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered in a condition that impairs its intended use, such as holes, faulty seams, or other issues that affect the quality of the item. This does not include damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll quickly assess the issue and ensure we make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at Support@sharkblankets.shop


Shipping

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
